Have you always wondered about the best moment to do Ayurveda? Are you unsure about where to go and how to choose the perfect Ayurveda centre to meet your needs?

We now offer Ayurveda packages all year round* in collaboration with the Ayushpathy Ayurvedasram hospital in Thrikkaipetta. This authentic Ayurvedic hospital is managed by Dr Sreelima and Dr Mridul, traditional Ayurvedic doctors.

Accommodation* 

What better place to stay than in our Uravu Bamboo Grove Resort? We will make sure that your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible so that you can get the maximum benefit from your treatment.

*Note that the availability of cottages is limited, but you can also stay in one of the homestays in the village or in the Ayurvedic clinic.

Treatments 

One of the defining characteristics of our project is community involvement and therefore we collaborate with the Ayushpathy Ayurvedasram hospitalin Thrikkaipetta. The two traditional Ayurvedic doctors Dr Sreelima Poonthottam and Dr Mridul Poonthottam will assess your health status and based on their findings, they will propose the most suitable treatment for you. You will have one or two treatments per day.

The treatments are combined with a personalized diet plan that will complement your Ayurvedic treatments.

If you wish, and your treatment program permits it, you are also welcome to join the daily yoga classes.

Dates for the Ayurveda package

Please let us know when you would like to come and we will do our best to arrange it. To derive the maximum benefit of the Ayurvedic treatments, our package usually consists of 8 or 12 days. However, the duration can always be tailored to your particular needs.

The package includes

• A consultation with the Ayurvedic doctors on the day of your arrival
• 7 or 11 nights (depending on the package chosen) in a cottage, a homestay or in the clinic
• Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, according to a vegetarian diet plan chosen to complement your treatments.  The programme starts with dinner on the day of your arrival and ends with lunch on your day of departure
• 2 daily treatments at the Ayushpathy Ayurvedasram hospital (the price may vary according to the oils used for the treatments)
• All taxes
